In accordance with AFSPCFARS 5343.205-9500, use a clause substantially as follows in Section I.
ADVANCE CHANGE ADJUSTMENT AGREEMENT (AFSPCFARS) (NOV 2002)
All proposed changes pursuant to the “Changes" clause which do not exceed an estimated adjustment amount of $ _______ (absolute dollar amount to be inserted by the contracting officer) and which also do not affect the contract delivery or performance schedules, shall be deemed to be changes having no effect on the contract price or estimated cost and fee. Consideration for such changes is the elimination of the administrative cost of negotiating an adjustment.
