(2)(90) When the amount requested would not obligate the government in excess of $5,000, the authorities specified in AFFARS 5350.201(2) are redelegated to the commanders of the air logistics and product centers and to the HQ AFMC Director of Contracting for other centers. These authorities may not be redelegated.
