As required to implement policy prescribed in FAR 11.302, insert clause at 5352.211-9005, New Manufactured Material and Government or Commercial Surplus Material Acceptable, substantially as written, in Section C when it has been determined New Material and Government or Commercial Surplus Material is acceptable.
