(a) In order to develop a sound acquisition strategy, AFMC acquisition personnel should engage the local Acquisition Centers of Excellence (ACE) and others as appropriate, including Contracting, Financial Management, Staff Judge Advocate and other technical experts. Refer to local ACE organizations for specific ACE roles and responsibilities relative to ASP Secretariat and source selection training roles.
