The contracting officer must screen all solicitation data prior to posting on the GPE FedBizOpps or disseminating it by any other electronic means. Information that is classified, “For Official Use Only”, or “sensitive unclassified” that would be inappropriate for public release shall not be made available electronically without proper protection (see FedTeDS (add hyperlink) and IG5305.207(c)(91)(3) for additional synopsis notes).
