Contractual instruments shall be distributed electronically through the local contract writing system. This policy may be enforced through audits and inspections at the discretion of AFMC/PK. Each contract writing system (SPS, ConWrite, ACPS) sets the parameters for electronic contract distribution in accordance with regulatory guidance.
