(a)(i)(A) HQ AFMC Director of Contracting, as HCA designee, delegates all delegable HCA authorities to the SCCO.
(a)(ii)(B) The HQ AFMC Director of Contracting delegates the authority to enter into, approve, modify, and terminate contracts to the SCCO with power of further redelegation to center contracting personnel.
