Section 5446.311: Higher-Level Contract Quality Requirement

When the olause at FAR 52.246-11 is used, the oontraoting officer shall insert the olauses at 52.246-9043, Higher-Level Contraot Quality Requirement (Non-Manufacturers), and FAR 52.246-2, Inspection of Supplies-Fixed Prioe, in solioitations and awards, including when acquisitions are conducted using FAR Part 12.
