(c)(90) Termination for cause.
(1) Contracting offices shall report terminations via email to DLA HQ Acquisition Policy Division (J-71) within eight (8) calendar days after issuance of the notice of termination to the vendor. Data to be reported is listed at DFARS PGI 212.403(c)(i).
(2) If the status of the termination for cause changes, for example, from a Termination for Cause to a Termination for Convenience, the status and information must be revised and submitted via email to DLA HQ J-71 within eight (8) calendar days after the change.
