(b) Mylar drawings. When Mylar drawings are listed in the item description, the Contracting Officer shall use the clause at DLAD 52.211-9018, Availability of Mylar Drawings and adjust the required delivery schedule accordingly to allow time for the successful offeror to receive the drawings. This clause is not intended for use in commercial acquisitions.
(90) Contracting personnel are not authorized to make any change in the unit of issue on stock buys without approval from either technical or supply personnel in accordance with local procedures.
