(a)(i) For those contracting offices for which the Director, Acquisition Management, (J-7) serves as Head of the Contracting Activity (see 2.101), approval authority for newspaper advertisements and for publicizing contracting information is redelegated to the activity Ccommanders/Directors/Administrator This authority is not further delegable.
