(b)(1)(90) Solicitation and award documents in Business System Modernization (BSM) and Base Operations Support System (BOSS)-BSM shall not contain sub-CLINs. Acquisition specialists shall use separate CLINs as a substitute for sub-CLINs. Separate CLINs shall also be used for phased-delivery schedules. For additional guidance, reference PGI 4.7104-1 (b) (1) (90).
