(a) (DEVIATION NOV 2005) The Contracting Officer shall insert the clause at 2452.239-70, Access to HUD Systems, in solicitations and contracts when the contract will require contractor employees, including subcontractors and consultants, to have access to any HUD information system(s) as defined in the clause. If contractor employees will also be required to have physical access to HUD facilities, see 2437.110.
(b) The contracting officer shall insert the clause at 2452.239-71, Information Technology Virus Security, in solicitations and contracts under which the contractor will provide information technology hardware, software or data products.
