As prescribed in 5345.403(90), insert the following clause, substantially as written, in Section I:
USE AND RENTAL OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY (AFMC) (OCT 2008)
The Contractor is authorized to use in the performance of this contract on a rental basis the Government-owned property identified below, made available during the periods set forth below. As specified in FAR 45.301, Use and Rental, the contracting officer shall obtain a fair rental or other adequate consideration when use is authorized.
