When special distribution of DD Form 250, Material Inspection and Receiving Report, is required, insert the clause at 5352.246-9000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report (OMB No. 0704-0248), substantially as written, in Section E in addition to the clause at DFARS 252.246.7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
