(a) All purchases of desktop / laptop computers must be made through AFWay or the ITCC-developed Quarterly Enterprise Buy (QEB), per Information Technology Commodity Council (ITCC) Policy Memorandum 04-01.
(b) NETCENTS is the mandatory source for all requirements for products and services associated with the design, engineering, integration, installation and configuration of Air Force networks and network infrastructure per AF-CIO letter dated 27 Jan 05 and HQ AFMC/CIO letter dated 4 Feb 05.
(c) Information Technology purchase(s) made through GSA shall comply with Proper Use of Non-DoD Contracts policies: OSD Memo dated 29 Oct 04, subject: Proper Use of Non-DoD Contracts and AF Memo dated 6 Dec 04, same subject.
