(d)(1) The contracting officer may insert the clause at 5352.219-9000, Incorporation of Subcontracting Plan, substantially as written, in Section I when the requirements of FAR 19.702(a)(1) and (2) apply.
(d)(2) The contracting officer may insert the clause at 5352.219-9002, Submission of Subcontracting Plan, substantially as written, in Section I of letter contracts and similar instruments to comply with policy contained in FAR 19.705-4(b) and FAR 52.219-9.
(d)(3) The contracting officer may insert the clause at 5352.219-9003, Incorporation of Comprehensive Subcontracting Plan, substantially as written, in Section I to implement the policy contained in FAR 19.702 when a contractor has an approved Comprehensive Subcontract Plan approved under DFARS 219.702 and the requirements of DFARS 219.708(b)(1)(B) apply.
