Office of Responsibility for Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA): As designated by the SCCO, issuance/reissuance of basic ordering agreements may be assigned to the contracting organization that issues the most orders to a specific contractor (decentralized) or it can be assigned to a centrally located position (centralized) within the PK center staff organization. When BOAs may be utilized by multiple organizations/Wings, a centralized listing of all current BOAs will be maintained by either the Resource Management Division organization or within the centrally located organization. When a BOA is due to expire an analysis shall be done by the issuing organization to determine the organization issuing the majority of the orders. The organization issuing the majority of orders will be responsible to issue a follow-on BOA by a specific date. The organization issuing the follow-on BOA will be notified a minimum of 90 days prior to the BOA expiration date.
