Section 5315.406-3: Documenting the negotiation.

(a)(90) A sample PNM template is available to illustrate at a glance what a final PNM (large dollar) looks like given the guidance in the PNM Guide. For additional guidance see IG5315.406-3.

(b)(90) All contract actions that result in additions or deletions (even if there is no change in contract value) require adequate pricing documentation.  The applicable pricing document shall capture the proposed, objective and negotiated positions.   Refer to the AFMC PNM Guide for the appropriate documentation form based on type of acquisition.
