(a)(2) CAS waiver authority is delegated from Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Acquisition) to the Deputy Assistant Secretary (Contracting) and the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary (Contracting). MAJCOMs and DRUs shall submit CAS waiver request as detailed in the Mandatory Procedures at MP5330.201-5.DOC.
(e)(i) MAJCOMs and DRUs shall submit an annual report for all Cost Accounting Standards waivers as detailed in MP5330.201-5.
