16.504(c)(1)(ii)(D)(1)(i), (ii), and (iii) is the Deputy Assistant Secretary (Contracting) (DAS(C)) and the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary (Contracting) (ADAS(C)). This authority is not further delegated. The determination at FAR 16.504(c)(1)(ii)(D)(1)(iv) shall be approved by the Senior Procurement Executive.
