(b)(1) The Life Cycle Management Plan (LCMP)/Single Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP)/ /Acquisition Plan (AP) approval authority (see 5307.104-90 and 5307.104-91) is authorized to sign and approve the Determination and Findings (D&F) required by FAR 6.202(b)(1).
