(d) (1) USSOCOM HCDs and FCOs shall use the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (
CPARS) as the method to record evaluations of contractor performance. An automated process will update the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (
PPIRS).
(2) Contractor performance evaluations of national security/classified contracts shall not be entered into CPARS.
