Use clause 52.219-9018, Notification of Subcontracting Plan, in solicitations and awards estimated to exceed $550,000 (inclusive of option value) except solicitations set-aside for small business concerns; or when requirements is to be acquired through the Section 8(a) program; or in accordance with FAR 19.705-2 (c) where the determination has been made that there are no subcontracting possibilities.
