The provision at 52.205-9000, Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.gov), shall be used in non-commercial solicitations between $25,001 and $100,000 which are sent to DIBBS versus being synopsized. This is used for Contracting Officer compliance with the FAR 5.207(c)-General Format for “Description” section (e) requirement to include the substance of Notes (footnotes) when publicizing by means other than FedBizOpps.
