(90) The DON matrix of FAR/DFARS and Other Government-Unique Provisions/Clauses of this Subpart only applies to solicitations and contracts for commercial item acquisitions issued pursuant to FAR Part 12 procedures. Use this matrix, in conjunction with the relevant FAR, DFARS and NMCARS prescriptions on provision and clause use for commercial item acquisitions, when determining the applicability of a provision or clause for use in solicitations and contracts for commercial item acquisitions.
