(S-90) Sales invitations should be furnished to the supplier, the producer of each item being sold, and the:
(a) Contractor or subcontractor;
(b) Accountable contractor, if other than (2) above;
(c) Reporting activity; and
(d) Headquarters Command of the CAO.
