(a) To support the certification required, the senior individual in charge of contracting for each contracting activity shall confirm compliance with DFARS 203.170(a). Submit confirmation to DASN(A&LM) via electronic mail address [email protected] no later than November 30th of each even numbered year. Properly identify in the subject line “DFARS 203.170-SENIOR LEADER COMPLIANCE NOTICE."
