Unless precluded by law, executive order, or other regulation, the HCA is authorized to approve individual deviation (except with respect to (FAR) 48 CFR 30.201-3, 30.201-4; the requirements of the Cost Accounting Standards board rules and regulations at 48 CFR Chapter 99 (FAR Appendix); and Part 50). Submit requests per (HSAR) 48 CFR 3001.7000, including complete documentation of the justification for the deviation (See HSAM 3001.403)
