The DD Form 250 is a multipurpose report used for -
(a) Providing evidence of CQA at origin or destination;
(b) Providing evidence of acceptance at origin or destination;
(c) Packing list documentation;
(d) Receiving;
(e) Shipping;
(f) Contractor invoice; and
(g) Contractor invoice support.
