Section 52.222-13: Compliance with Davis-Bacon and Related Act Regulations.

As prescribed in 22.407(a), insert the following clause:

Compliance with Davis-Bacon and Related Act Regulations (Feb 1988)

All rulings and interpretations of the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts contained in 29 CFR Parts 1, 3, and 5 are hereby incorporated by reference in this contract.
