DSCR L8A: ACCESS TO CONTROLLED TECHNICAL DATA

    (a)  Items cited in this solicitation are subject to special export controls.  Data 
is restricted to contractors approved by DoD to access unclassified data per DoDD 
5230.25, "Withholding of Unclassified Technical Data from Public Disclosure," November 6, 
1984 (32 CFR PART 250).

    (b)  If offeror is approved, cite the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) 
assigned approval number below:

    (c)  Approved offerors shall request data in accordance with Provision 252.211-7001 
(Sec L).

    (d)  Offerors who are not currently approved who wish to be included on the DoD 
Certified Contractor Access List should complete the DD Form 2345 "Militarily Critical 
Technical Data Agreement" included in this solicitation.  Instructions for completion and 
submission are listed on the form.  Completed forms should be returned to:

         Defense Logistics Information Service 
         Federal Center
         Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084

    (e)  Award will not be made to an offeror who is not currently on the DoD Certified 
Contractor Access List.  Award may be delayed pending approval of an offeror who is not 
currently qualified if deemed in the best interest of the Government.
