L59 52.217-9G05 INCREMENTAL BIDS/OFFERS DSCR (OCT 1998)
(a) Award will be made for either the primary quantity or
one of the alternates for each destination; i.e., if the primary
quantity is selected for one destination then the primary quantities
for all other destinations will be awarded. Selection of the award
quantity will be based on the requirements of the Government at time
of award and the availability of funds. Only one quantity will
be selected and evaluated per destination. If you do not provide
pricing for the selected quantity, it will be presumed you are not
interested in providing that quantity and your offer may not be
evaluated.
(b) If Cost or Pricing Data are required in conjunction with
this solicitation the SF 1411 or the information required by Table
15-2 at FAR 15.408 with attachments need not be submitted with your
offer. The data shall be furnished the Contracting Officer upon
request.
(c) If this solicitation includes an option provision, option
prices must be included for each increment.
