I62G 52.215-9G07 PRICE VARIANCE DSCR (FEB 2001)

This clause only applies to non-cost drivers. If the unit
price for a non-cost driver increases in the existing contract
period by greater than 25% from the established contract unit
price, the contractor may request a price increase. Along with
a request for price increase, the contractor will provide
supporting documentation. The Government will evaluate the
contractor's request and may request additional information
(which may include cost and pricing data) pertinent to the
reasonableness of the increased price. If the parties fail
to agree, the contracting officer may unilaterally determine
the price, subject to the Disputes Clause.
