F7 52.211-9G16 SPECIAL HANDLING DATA - SHIPPER'S DSCR (OCT 1998)
AND DECLARATION FOR DANGEROUS GOODS

Contractors will complete and attach a prescribed "Shipper's
Declaration for Dangerous Goods" Form and an "Air Waybill" for each
TP1 or TP2 shipment containing dangerous goods, including hazardous
material. Dangerous goods and/or hazardous materials are those items
defined or classified in Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
and International Air Transport Association's (IATA) Dangerous Goods
Regulations.
The "Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods" is a commercial
form and usually made available when shipping via commercial expedited
carriers. The blank forms may be purchased through commercial means
and can be viewed on the Internet at http://www.labelmaster.com or
IATA's "Dangerous Goods Information Online" at http://www.iata.org.
