    (a)  Offers are invited on an f.o.b. destination basis

submitted on any other basis will be rejected as non-responsive.

    (b)  Offers are invited on the basis of both f.o.b. origin 
and destination for items             ,            ,             .
The Government will award on such basis as the Contracting Officer 
determines to be most advantageous to the Government.  Offers on 
the basis of f.o.b. origin only or f.o.b. destination only are 
acceptable, but will be evaluated only on the basis submitted.

    (c)  Offers are invited on an f.o.b. origin basis for items
             ,           ,            .  Bids submitted on any 
other basis will be rejected as non-responsive except when it is 
the practice of the offeror to quote the same price for delivery 
throughout Continental United States (nationally priced) or a 
specified region (regionally priced), regardless of the point 
(origin or destination) at which the Government accepts delivery.
The offeror will quote such delivery price, indicating in Section 
B of the schedule by each offer whether nationally priced or regionally.
Such price will be considered f.o.b.destination.  When supplies are 
regionally priced the applicable regions shall be specified below.
If regional price(s) are offered and the region is not specified, 
the bid will not be considered.
