I211D 52.243-9G01 CHANGE OF SUPPLIER(S) AFTER DSCR (JAN 1996)
AND AWARD OF A CONTRACT

(a) The successful offeror cannot change supplier(s) or principal
component product(s) of the system offered in its proposal after award
of a contract without the prior written approval of the Contracting
Officer. In the event such a change is necessary, a written request
must be submitted together with a complete description of the equipment
proposed, including manufacturer's name and model number, style, type,
capacity, rating, speed, horsepower, etc., and the reason for the change.
(b) The Government will perform evaluations to determine
acceptability and provide notification thereof to the Contractor. The
time consumed for evaluation of such request shall not be considered
an acceptable basis for any delay or extension of the contract delivery/
performance schedule.
