Commercial shipping documents are authorized. Packing lists,
invoices, and bills of lading must contain the complete shipping
address and markings exactly as specified in the Schedule including
the TCN (Transportation Control Number) with a request for the
carrier to perpetuate the complete information when delivery is to
a port. One copy of the shipping document shall accompany or be
included in each shipment.
