E10 52.246-9G09 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE SUPERVISION DSCR (JAN 1996)

Final inspection and acceptance will be performed at destination after
installation of the equipment and satisfactory completion of performance
tests, unless the contractor's obligation to supervise installation of the
equipment is canceled. In the latter event, the equipment may be accepted
before installation, reserving to the Government the right to inspect and
test the equipment after installation and to reject defective equipment.
