B50C 37-1 PRE-INSTALLATION CONFERENCE DSCR (JAN 1996)
AND

Within _____ days after contract award or 30 days after
delivery of contract line item number (CLIN) ______ Contract Data,
whichever is sooner, the Contractor shall request through the
Contracting Officer, a pre-installation conference at the site
location to meet with authorized Government personnel for --
(a) Orientation of security, fire, safety, traffic, and
other related regulations in effect at the site, and
(b) Review and discussion of the Contractor's installation
schedule (CLIN ______) and layout drawings (CLIN ______) contract
data for revision, approval, and/or authorization to proceed with
contract performance, as appropriate.
