presumed you are quoting in accordance with the terms and 
conditions specified in the solicitation.

Unless you indicate otherwise, net 30 will be presumed to 
apply for the discount terms and your quote will be presumed 
valid for 60 days. 

When submitting an electronic offer, documents such as 
Material Safety Data Sheets, hazard warning labels,
alternate item or surplus material documentation, etc., when 
required by clauses incorporated in the solicitation, should
be submitted offline to the buyer by the closing date of the
RFQ.  Document should reference the solicitation number, NSN,
and PR number.
