Supplies will be delivered within days after settlement of the Labor
Stoppage. The Contractor will notify the Contracting Officer in writing
within 10 days after settlement of the Labor stoppage. The Contracting
Officer, upon receipt of notice, will modify the order to establish firm
delivery date(s).
