The contracting officer may insert the clause at 5352.247-9000, Commercial Bill of Lading Shipments - Carrier's Rates, substantially as written, in Section F of all f.o.b. origin, cost-reimbursement and fixed-price solicitations and contracts incorporating FAR 52.247-1, Commercial Bill of Lading Notations, as prescribed in FAR 47.104-4.
