If special tooling and/or test equipment already accountable to the contractor under a contract is to be furnished to a contractor by the Government for use on another contract, the contracting officer may insert the clause at 5352.245-9007, Use of Special Tooling/Special Test Equipment on a Non-Interference Basis, substantially as written, in Section I.
