The contracting officer may insert the clause at 5352.225-9002, Special Provision Under Paragraph (d) of FAR Clause 52.229-6, Taxes - Foreign Fixed-Price Contracts, substantially as written, in Section I as required to supplement FAR clause 52.229-6, Taxes - Foreign Fixed-Price Contracts. This clause does not apply when award is to be made to a foreign contractor.
