Link The Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC) provides Tech Transfer information from over 250 federal laboratories and centers. You can use the Technology Locater form to request information about specific technologies (they recommend being as specific as possible) or look at the profiles of hundreds of federal labs to view what kind of technology they develop.
