Link Recovery.gov is the main American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) website for the federal government as a whole. The site offers a variety of tools to see where Recovery Act money is going. Of particular note is the tab marked "Where is the Money Going?" which lists various types of reports you can view. The information is presented in a variety of ways, including by department. The "Opportunities" tab contains information about contracts, although that information comes from FedBizOpps and links directly there.
