I92A 52.217-9G13 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM DSCR (FEB 2000)
AND OF THE CONTRACT ECONOMIC
I17F33 PRICE ADJUSTMENT
(a) If the Government exercises the option to extend the term of
the contract as allowed by FAR clause 52.217-9 Section I, the
extended contract shall be considered to include this option
provision. Each exercise of the option, if any, will extend the term
of this contract by 12 months.
(b) The economic price adjustment clause in this contract applies
to the contract price at the time of the exercise of each option
period. The offeror agrees to furnish during the option period those
items cited in the schedule at the same prices as cited in the
contract with EPA calculations.
