Notwithstanding contract completion, the contractor
acknowledges that a credit at the current contract unit price
plus ____% or a replacement part is owed to the Government for
all transferred Government inventory. By written mutual agreement
of the contractor and the Government, this obligation may be
fulfilled by the contractor on a subsequent contract with the
Government. The contractor agrees to provide notification to the
Government of its proposed method of fulfilling the obligation
____ days prior to the anticipated completion date of the contract.
