(a) The Contractor shall prepare and use DD Form 250, Material Inspection
and Receiving Report (MIRR), at the time of each delivery of supplies or services
for notification and identification of delivery of all contract line items and
subline items required under the contract.
(b) Distribution of DD Form 250 shall be made to the following addressees
identified elsewhere in this solicitation:

PURCHASING/ADMINISTRATION OFFICE
ATTN: (CONTRACTING OFFICER) 2 CYS
